Journaling is shown to boost your memory, enhance your creativity, and relieve stress. Building a daily journaling habit is a fun way to record daily observations in your life, and/or in nature. Make the journaling practice work for you. Journal every morning, or every evening. You choose the format (instructions are for making a journal in a jar) and the focus. The prompts provided are to help you establish your journaling practice and are not a requirement.
