Special Film Screening : The Ninth Gate

Roman Polanski’s occult thriller follows rare-book dealer Dean Corso as he hunts a mysterious volume said to summon the Devil. Based on Arturo Pérez-Reverte’s novel The Club Dumas, the film weaves murder, rare books, and cryptic engravings into a moody puzzle where scholarship meets satanic temptation, and the line between intellect and obsession slowly dissolves. Johnny Depp stars.
