March is National Women’s History Month. Come celebrate National Women’s History Month at MML! Throughout March, the lobby will be set up with all you need to honor the women that inspire you. Fictional or real, write her a thank you letter, grab a marker and draw her, or celebrate her accomplishments by telling us a reason why she inspires you!
March is also National Crafting Month! Celebrate National Crafting Month at MML! Come join us after school every Monday in March with a new craft each week!
March 6th-10th: Celebrate Your Name Week! Come meet your new Children’s Librarian & get to know each other over the course of the week while you learn about your name!
Saturday, March 11th @ 10 AM: Book to Big Screen. Come and watch a Saturday Morning Matinee featuring a reading of Dr. Seuss’ “The Lorax” and a showing of the 2012 “The Lorax” movie afterwards! Pajamas welcome & snacks provided!
March 17th: St. Patrick’s Day. Uh oh, there’s a leprechaun on the loose in the library! Keep an eye out for him in the picture book room on St. Patrick’s Day. If you find him, turn him over to a librarian to receive a reward for your hard work!
