Dear Yarmouth community,
Thank you for your patience during the first phase of reopening. As of mid-July, we continue to offer curbside delivery of MML materials, we continue to hold virtual programs, our wi-fi is always on, and our summer reading program is underway. We will gradually expand services over the next few weeks, though the exact timeline is not set.
The next service that you can expect to return will be interlibrary loan among Minerva libraries (Falmouth, Freeport, Lewiston, etc.) followed by MaineCat libraries (Portland, Bangor, etc.).
Eventually, MML will open its doors to a limited number of visitors for visits of limited duration. We will enforce donning of masks, social distancing, and the time limit. The rules are for the safety of the staff and patrons, and they align with state guidelines. We expect that most patrons will comply happily and courteously.
Stay tuned to our website and our email newsletter for updates. We love serving this community, and we look forward to seeing you.
